「Lomi Lomi Salon Makahou」（以下、当サロン）では、お客様に安心して施術をお受け頂く為に、次の事項をご承諾頂いた方に限り施術のご利用を可能とさせて頂きます。

1.当サロンは、治療行為、医療類似行為のマッサージはしておらず、リラクゼーションを目的とした施術を行っております。また、効果、効能については個人差がございますので、必ず効果が上がることは保証しかねます。

2.当サロンでは、施術後、身体の不調などでの返金や責任など一切負いかねますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

3.以下の項目に当てはまる方や、カウンセリングを行った上で施術ができないと判断した場合にはお断りさせて戴く場合がございますことご了承ください。

• 熱のある方、怪我をしている方、具合の悪い方
• 医師の治療を受けている方
• 現在お薬を服用されている方
• 半年以内に手術をした方、またいちじるしく体力が低下している方
• 骨や筋肉に疾患のある方
• 脳出血、脳血栓をおこした方
• 悪性腫瘍、動脈癌、動脈硬化、静脈癌のある方
• 心臓病、高血圧、腎臓病、糖尿病、てんかんなどの病気の方
• 伝染病皮膚炎、重度の水虫、皮膚に炎症のある方
• 泥酔している方
• 妊娠中の方
• 当サロンが定めた施術以外を強要される方
• その他、迷惑行為をする方
